St. Charles North High School

A one year follow-up survey has been developed by the Pupil Personnel Services department. The purpose of the survey is to solicit feedback from graduates to help improve their school for future North Star students, parents and staff. The first survey is mailed to graduates one year after high school and another is sent five years after high school.

The survey has now been mailed to the Class of 2003 graduates. Please take the time to complete and return the survey in the postage-paid envelope. The results will be shared with the school and the rest of the community.
